Ethiopia is going to host Ethiopian International Mines Conference starting from September 24-25, 2015, in Addis Ababa at United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), according to the Ministry of Mines of Ethiopia.

Among the matters the Conference aims at are advancing Ethiopia’s mines potential, exchanging experiences with top world class actors and explore global mines market.

Tolosa Shagi, Mines Minister of Ethiopia, told reporters September 09, 2015, the Conference is very likely to advance Ethiopia’s mines sector.

Tolosa said Ethiopia will organize the Conference in association with the British AME Trade Company.

Reputed companies, financial institution representatives, stakeholders and senior government officials are among the participants of the Conference.
