Development Bank of Ethiopia (DBE) has planned to lend 9.4 billion Birr to graduates from technological and vocational training institutions and to enterprises set to transfer to medium industries in the coming five years.

Tadese Hatiya, Vice President of Credit Service at DBE, told Fana Broadcasting Corporate (FBC), “This is to help those who have no access to bank and micro-finance services.”

Because of absence of access to bank and micro-finance services, small and micro enterprises have been dealing with problems, it was noted.
