Ethiopian Airport Enterprises (EAE) has collected one billion Birr in revenue in the last budget year from the services it delivers, Addis Fortune reported.

One billion Birr revenue is a ten-fold increment from its achievement in 2004.

The Enterprise was founded in January 2003 with two billion Birr capital and is accountable for economic and technical regulations. Moreover, it manages rental of airport facilities for Ethiopian Airlines and other airways.

EAE administers 20 airports currently. And has managed to spent two billion Birr for operational and facility upgrades for airports throughout Ethiopia in GTP I period.
