China said it is going to finance one trillion USD for 65 countries over the next decade, Ethiopian News Agency reported.
Lead of China-African Initiative, Joshua Yau said while announcing the One-Belt–Road program in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the program is part of the new Chinese external assistance policy.
Yau said the program is intended at improving the growing demand of infrastructure of countries and the shortage of finance.
One-Belt-One-Road program will be implemented in the coming ten years from 2015 to 2025 to do away with transport, energy and similar problems of developing countries.
The execution of the program enables developing countries to boost trade and investment relations with their neighboring countries, create jobs as well as strengthen people-to-people relationship, Yau briefed.
China has extended 150 billion USD support for the infrastructural development of developing countries in the past ten years, it was learnt.
