The Ethiopia Consulate General Office in collaboration with Ethiopian Airlines Office in Mumbai organized the ‘Ethiopian Tourism Promotion Seminar’ at the Leela Hotel in Mumbai on June 26, 2015.

The Seminar intended to create an understanding about the tourism potentials and opportunities of Ethiopia.
Forty tour operators and media professionals from the tourism industry participated in the seminar.

Mesfin Gebremariam, Consul General, on the occasion noted that the world’s largest travel book publishers ‘Lonely Planet and Rough guides Publication lists, Ethiopia as one of world’s Best Value Destination for 2015.

Tadesse Tilahun, Ethiopian Airlines Asian Sub- Continent Regional Director introduced Ethiopian Holidays Packages for Indian Tour operators.

In conclusion of the seminar, participants were told by the Consulate General and Ethiopian Airlines Offices that they will facilitate the link with Ethiopian tour operators and extend hand to Indian Tour Operators in any possible way.
