Ethio Telecom unveiled on the turn of the week that it is going to construct new headquarters in the premises of the newly inaugurated ICT Park.

Andualem Admassie, CEO of Ethio Telecom, told reporters on Sunday, June 7, 2015 that the construction cost is estimated from two to three billion birr.

Abdurahim Ahmed, Corporate Communications Head of Ethio Telecom said the 45 meter buildings will covers five blocks, each with 14 storey that will be abridged together. He further explained that two multipurpose halls will have a museum, in-house recreational quarters and a cafeteria, among others.

The buildings will rest on 37,200 square kilometer area and it is expected to be completed in three years.

The construction will create job opportunities for five thousand people.
