Ethiopia: MoT Adjusted Fuel Price

Ethiopia’s Ministry of Trade made price adjustments on the retail price for petroleum products. The Ministry made the adjustment following the fall in the global oil prices.

The price adjustments were made on Saturday, January 31, 2015 and they are said to be in place until Monday, March 9, 2015.

According to the price adjustments the Ministry made a liter of ethanol blended benzene is going to be sold for 17.20 Birr while Diesel will cost 16.10 Birr. On the other hand a liter of Kerosene and airplane fuel is going to be sold for 14.42 Birr and 15.21 Birr respectively.

The price adjustments are going to be implemented throughout Ethiopia.
