Ministry of Urban Development, Housing and Construction (MoUDHC) disclosed it is going to deliver 100 percent complete condominiums to residents of Ethiopia’s capital.

Commenting on the matter Minister Mekuria Haile, said that if the condominiums are 100 per cent completed the people won’t be liable to additional costs.

Mekuria noted previously delivery included 80 percent of the construction and the remaining 20 percent was to be covered by the residents themselves.

In addition to this, he noted 71, 127 people registered for 20/80 housing program will take delivery of their houses this year. On the other hand construction work of 10/90 house schemes have reached 62 percent and are expected to be completed this year.
