The 2013 Africa-China Commodities, Technology and Services Expo was opened yesterday in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Over 150 enterprises from Fujian, Hunan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, and Guangdong Provinces in China are participating in the expo.

Huawei, ZTE, Chinapower, China Energy Engineering Group Co.Ltd, Sinosteel Corporation, Lifan Group, Chery Heavy Industry Co.Ltd are among some of the companies participating in the expo.

The expo will also feature the China-Ethiopia Industry and Commerce Cooperation Forum,China-Ethiopia Forum on Agriculture Cooperation and China-Ethiopia Power and Electricity Forum as side events.

Technologies, products and services in the area of agricultural machinery and equipment, vehicles and related accessories, power and energy equipment, engineering and construction machinery, chemical, and building materials and consumable products are on display at the the three-day vent.

The China-Africa Commodities,Technology,and Services Expo, Chinese Commerce Ministry, is the first of its kind in Africa.
