BravoCom PLC, opens its first flagship store for Tecno smartphones on Monday November 18, 2013 around Bole Medhanialem, The Reporter reported.
General Manger of Bravocom PLC, Levi Girma, told The Reporter that the concept behind the shop is to provide consumers with a new experience when shopping for smartphones. “Traditionally, consumers purchased mobile devices from small shops with salespeople sitting behind a counter.
However, understanding that customers purchasing smartphones required a higher level of interaction and service, BravoCom PLC was the first to embark on this journey,” Levi told The Reporter.
Bravocom's store features Tecno smartphones assembled in Ethiopia, including Techno's latest product- Phantom-, which supports android. Tecno smartphones support English, Amharic, Afaan Oromo and Tigrigna languages.
Techno Mobile recently its ground breaking ceremony for the construction of a second assembly plant in Addis Ababa.
Tecno Mobile is planning to to open additional 99 branded shops in 2014, in collaboration with its retail partners across Ethiopia.
