The Addis Ababa City Administration, Housing Development and Administration Agency announced the winners of the 8th round condominium houses beneficiaries on 20 March 2013.

The announcement was published on Addis Lessan, the City Administration's official newspaper and on its official websites.

The houses to be transferred to owners are located in different sites throughout the city. The City Administration has transferred more than 10,000 Condo house to beneficiaries in this round.

The Mayor of Addis Ababa City Kuma Demeksa on the occasion said, the administration is working to solve housing shortage of the city by utilizing various alternatives.

The condominiums include 1336 studios, 4665 of one bed room 2,952 houses with two bed rooms and 1,155 houses that have three bed rooms.
