SAP, a German based software development enterprise partnered with a consortium of Ethiopian IT companies;Techno Brain, Fairfax Technologies and United System Integrators. On the Financial Service Industry conference hosted by SAP at the Sherator Addis, Ethiopia, the company said it has refocused on the Ethiopian financial services industry.

Anthony Njua, SAP Financial Services Industry Adviser said, SAP is targeting the financial service industry to fill the technology gap in  the unbanked and underbanked Ethiopian market through localized software application and technology platform to increase customer penetration.

Speaking on the occasion, Mekonnen Tesfaye, country director, Techno Brain said, “Automation or implementation of technology solutions is not a choice in today’s world, SAP is an ideal solution provider with the best practice in the industry”. SAP is an enterprise that renders software and software-related services. It has locations in more than 130 countries.
