Mama Fresh Injera has imported injera making machines from Europe that can make one injera in one minute to take its business here in Ethiopia to another level and enable the company to double the volume of injera that it exports from the current 10,000 pieces of injera every week that it currently exports according to Hailu.
The company has also concluded an agreement for the supply of 14,000 quintals of teff a year with a teff farmers union to enhance the quality of grain used in its Injera said Hailu.
