This project proposal document is prepared based on the Bid document. The agency this status at the national level to create an independent institution, as a community the size of almost knocks on the doors of many eyes and ears work information quickly and looked forward to using information and information resources for the out of this society, technology and quality directly from the source proposal prepared for display. The purpose of this technical proposal document is to present the necessary information on how our company will carry out the analysis, design, and implementation of the LED Outdoor Screen Project.
The main objective of this project is to deliver an Information Display system (IDS) which will be mainly implemented using High-Quality LED Screens and Management Software to enable DIFFERENT COMPANY to address its citizens' socio-economic development of the regional state and the country. This will have a positive impact in enhancing information access and hence increasing Customer satisfaction.
Specific objectives of this project are:
Analyze LED Display Need of the DIFFERENT COMPANY
Design the layout of Outdoor LED Screens
Construct the screen erector according to the design
Configure the Outdoor LED Screen with the specified size and quality
Installing the LED Screen Modules and Testing Configuration
Testing Individual Screens and the Multicasting System
Knowledge transfer and experience sharing with DIFFERENT COMPANY staff through involvement (job training), formal training, and exposure.
Providing continuous Support to ensure the good functionality of all screens
The scope of the project covers the design, Construction, installation, Testing, and maintenance of LED Screens in one selected area that is convenient for information broadcasting.
The major activities of the project include
Deliver the basic requirements of the project as specified in the Bid Document.
Specify the technical performance and configuration of the Screens
Our Company sources its LED screens from factories that excel in specific LED technology. This enables us to offer an extensive range of the "best of the best" and the latest from what is available in the market.
We offer a full range of LED Video Screens from indoor to outdoor LED video screens from HD-4K pixel pitches as low as P.0.5 to outdoor pixel pitches of P31. Our LED Display Technologies can also supply front and/or rear access LED video screens, curved screens, and transparent glass LED screens, working exclusively with integrators and consultants to provide optimal solutions for their customer's LED needs. We specialize in the conferences, Universities, Banks, and markets.
Our Technical Team, by working with consultants from the conceptual stages of a project, will help to define the specific LED needs of their clients and assemble and test all LED video screens in its facility, upon arrival in Ethiopia to ensure that all issues have been resolved before the LED video screen is shipped to the customer.
We will be on-site to supervise the installation of the screen and turn the LED screen over to the client in perfect working order. We provide the end users with ample spare parts to ensure that "the show will go on". The damaged spare parts are returned to our facility located just in the middle of Addis Ababa, for repair.
We provide our customers with sufficient spare parts to ensure that they can replace any defective parts and get the screen back up and running within minutes. The damaged spare parts are returned to our facility located at the center of Addis, for repair. We are committed to long-term ongoing customer service. We will never leave you "high and dry". Whether that entails walking the customer through problems by phone, sending a technician to solve difficulties on-site, or being there for a customer past the expiration of the warranty period.
