Wow Protection and Cleaning Service PLC was Established in 2015, (almost ten years) company in Ethiopia.

The company provides skilled, professional, ethical, effective, and motivated manpower, providing satisfactory security and cleaning services in Ethiopia.

The company provides security and cleaning services and has completed its preparation to serve 24 hours a day and 7 days a week without rest.

Currently, our security service is highly competent in providing the service to various private and governmental organizations as well as private compounds.

We perform our work professionally, and ethically with skilled and educated employees.

Management Team

Since its establishment, Wow Protection and Cleaning Service has been building a strong management team to guide its growth.

The General Manager has a BA degree with an experience of over 10 years in the private and government sectors which has exposed him to a lot of managing a workforce.

The operations manager has more experience in the Military area with in the higher rank of Colonel.

Managing projects of clients' different services. The area supervisor has ample experience in Military and Civil in security, cleaning, human resource, and landscaping service

Competence

We have been involved in the manpower supply security Guard and cleaner with the specific skills and educational background required.

We have been working according to the Lobar law of the country.

Like. Pension contribution fund, insurance, and medical coverage for all our staff, in addition to a fast payment system for our employees.

We have a very intensive training scheme which helps our staff to cope with new systems, equipping them with the skills, experience, and threat recognition the time requires.

And close linkage with government office employees especially the police force and Labor and Skill Bureau employees we are dedicated to supervision

Wow Protection and Cleaning Service believe that the most valuable resource of the company is its human resources.

Currently, we have 38 permanent staff members and more than 1,500,000 security Guards and cleaners.

We have 4 vehicles for Radio Communication which are important in the delivery of our supervision and control activities.
