Classroom Learning

AppTech’s Classroom Learning® is delivered by certified instructors in a comfortable classroom environment enriched by online resources. AppTech instructors are constantly re-tested and evaluated by every student in their classes to ensure the quality of training and delivery of content. To remain on staff, instructors must maintain a 92 percent or higher overall approval rating.

Course Evaluations

All students at AppTech Learning Centres are invited to complete an evaluation at the end of their course. The purpose of the evaluation is to gauge the student’s learning experience by answering a series of questions regarding the quality of instruction, facilities, and contents.

AppTech’s Training Deliverables

Infrastructure

Our Centres are equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure. The Centre has a minimum of 3 classrooms with a computer for each student in the class. The machines are provided with up-to-date licensed software. The picture of a typical classroom depicts the setup of our classrooms.

Classroom Size

The size of the class at our center varies from 10 to 18. However, we employ various methodologies to accommodate different batch sizes. For instance, if there are participants beyond our standard class size, we can accommodate all of them at the same time in nearby sophisticated rented rooms. Therefore, we are at the advantage of accommodating different batch sizes. However, we would like to have a batch size of not less than 5 for one specific course.

Training Materials or Courseware

Each training program is supported by courseware in the form of a hardcopy or softcopy, which will be given to the participants at the commencement of the training session. A sample can be submitted on request.

Presentation

The classes are handled with the support of a PowerPoint presentation. The course will be divided into modules and each module is further divided into sessions. Every session is handled in a smart classroom which has an overhead LCD, computer for the instructor, and computers for the participants.

Certificate of Completion for the Participants

The participants will be awarded certificates on successful completion of the program. They will also be encouraged to appear for the International Certification exam at extra cost. A sample can be submitted on request.

International Certification

All our courses are mapped for vendor certification. Hence on completion of the course, the candidate can appear for the international examination. A quote for our examination fee can be obtained upon request.

Evaluation of Participants

The participants are evaluated twice. They will be evaluated at the beginning and end of the training program. The same can be shared with management of the organization that sent them if required. They will have to appear for a test called “Pre-assessment” which would assess their competency in detail in the form of a report which can be sent to the management of the organization that sent them if required.

Our classes are led by certified instructors and teaching assistants who are seasoned in training to ensure the highest quality of instruction. Our instructors' skill sets are enhanced at periodic intervals with the support of our strategic partners either through online or in-person programs.
