Ethiopia: Gidabo Dam to Be Completed By June

The Gidabo Irrigation Dam Project, built at a cost of birr 1.26 billion, has been officially inaugurated by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) and now goes operational.
Ethiopia’s Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity disclosed the construction of Gidabo irrigation Project reached 92 percent completion rate. Such was disclosed during field visit by senior officials at the Ministry.
Gift Real Estate handed more than 350 houses that are worth over 850 million Birr to their respective buyers. The houses all vary in type and they are built on a 90,229 square meters of land. The houses built are villas, townhouses, apartments and row houses.
