Ethiopian Airlines, the largest Aviation Group in Africa and SKYTRAX certified Four Star Global Airline, is pleased to announce that it has been certified by ETA umweltmanagement Ltd., an independent environmental verifier, for establishing and maintaining environmental management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015.
Ethiopian Airlines’ Cargo and Logistics Services received its first Boeing 737-800 freighter. Tewolde Gebremariam, Ethiopian’s Group CEO, speaking as his airlines received the new cargo freighter, said his company is excited to obtain the new freighter “a few days after being crowned with ‘African Cargo Airline of the Year’ and ‘Air Cargo Brand of the Year in Africa’ Awards for the fourth year in a row.”
