Ethiopian Airlines announced it has made some improvements to it’s daily flight schedule to Frankfurt, Germany, from Addis Ababa. The amended schedule is going to be implemented starting from Monday, September 8, 2014.

Ethiopian Airlines announced that it is upping the frequency of local flights in order to meet the growing demand. Accordingly, flights to Axum are up to 7 from 4 daily, Bahir Dar up to 28 from 21 weekly, and Gondar up to 21 from 14 weekly.

The revenue Ethiopia earned from the export of industrial products increased significantly in the last three years according to the Ministry of Trade.
The revenue earned from the export of industrial products in the last financial year was 22.8 higher (255.45 million US dollars) than what had been earned in the previous fiscal period (207.92 million US dollars) according to Melaku Taye, Director of Corporate Communication Directorate with the MoT.
Industrial exports had shown an increase of more than 75% in the previous two financial periods said Melaku.
