Ethiopian Airlines, Ethiopia’s flag carrier, launched a program to invite journalists and tour operators to join in its efforts to 
promote tourism. The first team of internationally recognized journalists and tour operators arrived in Ethiopia as part of the implementation of the program.
The visitors are expected to promote the tourist attractions in the country.

Ethiopian Airlines resumed flights to Karachi yesterday, a significant commercial city in Pakistan. Ethiopian Airlines launched thrice weekly flights to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia from its base in Addis Ababa and flying through Bangkok.
The first Ethiopian Airlines flight arrived in Kuala Lumpur to warm welcome from Malaysian officials according to sources. The weekly flights will run on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
The new flights to Kuala Lumpur are intended to connect Malaysian businesses to the significant opportunities available in Africa said Tewolde Gebremariam, Chief Executive of the airlines.
Ethiopian Airlines, Ethiopia’s flag carrier, launched non stop flights from Addis Ababa to Seychelles as of the 1st of April.
The airline is pleased to begin services to Seychelles famous for its beauty and the home of two UNESCO designated World Heritage Sites; the world’s largest raised coral atoll and Praslin’s Vallée de Mai, said to be the site of the original Garden of Eden according to Tewolde Gebremariam, Chief Executive Officer of Ethiopian.
