Tsehay Bank increased its capital to Birr 5 billion within four moths of its inauguration. The bank announced the capital increment during its first general meeting. Tsehay Bank’s initial capital was Birr 2.8 billion.
Tsehay Insurance, one of the new comers to Ethiopia’s insurance market, made a profit of 14.14 million Birr during the 2015/2016 fiscal year. The performance shows a 22 percent increase when compared to the year previous to it.
Tsehay Real Estate Plc launched construction of the US$ 200 million International Center, at Yeka Sub City, Addis Ababa, Capital reported.
The Chinese real estate company, Tsehay Real Estate Plc, is going to start selling units in the coming October on one of the buildings it is 70 percent complete.
Tsehay Real Estate disclosed it will start selling apartments beginning from Monday, September 15, 2014. The apartments’ are 70 percent completed and their price tags range from 16,000 Birr to 28,000 Birr per square meters.
