Ethiopia's Metals and Engineering Corporation and the Polish tractor manufacturer Ursus S.A. concluded a US$ 90 million contract for the supply of 3,000 tractors, transfer of technology and establishing service facilities. 

Ursus S.A. has been negotiating with Ethiopian officials for three months.

Established in 1893, Ursus S.A is a publicly-traded company listed in the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). The company primarily focuses on production and sale of tractors and other agricultural machinery.
