EGA Management and Financial Solutions PLC is a multidisciplinary management and finance consulting firm established in Ethiopia in May 2015. EGA provides tailored management, financial, organizational, operational, and digital solutions to private companies, government institutions, international and local NGOs, bilateral organizations, and charitable institutions. EGA partners with global institutions based in Kenya and Uganda to expand its reach within Africa and beyond as part of its strategic intent. Since 2025, EGA concluded a partnership Agreement with Odoo Kenya Ltd. And became an official Odoo partner in Ethiopia, strengthening its capacity to support digital transformation and integrated business systems.

Experience

EGA’s principals and members bring more than 75 years of combined professional experience. The firm has completed and undertaken assignments for a wide range of organizations, including international and local NGOs, government institutions, bilateral organizations, and private companies. Its experience spans organizational development, strategic planning, HR and salary systems, financial management, policy and manual development, capacity assessments, project management, fundraising and proposal development. Recent assignments include organizational assessments, disability and inclusion projects, strategic planning, HR policy development, and fundraising support.

Leadership and Resources

EGA is led by three co-founders: Girum Ketema, Chief Executive Officer; Ephrem Nega, Manager of Operations and Client Services; and Andinet Shiferaw, Manager of New Business Development. Its wider team includes experienced specialists in organizational development, HRM, gender and development, finance, administration, project management & MEL, and Odoo ERP consulting. The firm maintains office and training facilities in Addis Ababa and has the technology, equipment, and specialist support resources necessary to deliver consulting and implementation projects.
