Our company owns a land with an area of 17000 m2 and 25000m2 at Bure Industry Park in Amhara Regin. Out of the total area The Company has built a warehouse in 2,500m2. The Company is in the process of opining pasta, Macaroni and Biscuit Plant in one of the warehouses built in the region and also, it’s in the process of acquiring Different Machines for the Project of 5tph corn & soya blending line in the other warehouse built at the region.
Our company also owns a sesame seed cleaning Plant in Gendawuha Industry Village in Amhara region with an area of 10000 m2 which mainly Stores and Cleans Sesame seed.

The entity is now engaging on the activities of fuel and lubricant distribution and retail in Stations and also engaged on fuel transportation activities. Currently the entity operating a fuel station situated in Gojam Dejen City which the operation is done by hiring the station manager which handles all the activities related with the station including hiring different level employees. Also most of the transportation of the fuel has been executed by own tracks and rented from outsource companies.
The entity also has transportation service license operation throughout Ethiopia by using its own tracks and by commissioning other fuel transportation tracks.

As explained above, the company has been engaged in the export and Sino trucks and other imported items distribution businesses. As an emergent company, it has made a remarkable headway in its financial and market share records due mainly to export of agro-products and imported Sino Tucks, working as an exclusive agent of the manufacturing company.
So far the company has been achieving growth business performances. In order to add value to the products and further contribute for sustainable economic development of the country, the project promoter has planned to expand its export business by including pulses in addition to the existing oil seeds export.
Financially, the promoter has also recorded remarkable growth both in terms of financial position as well as financial performances. According the total asset of the company stood at more than 5 Billion which of this is includes both non-current asset, fixed assets like buildings heavy trucks took the lion’s share. From this we can infer that the company has been investing its money in attractive investment areas which build-up their asset position strongly and then generate higher revenue and profit.
With regard to current asset, large money is tied up in inventory especially, goods held in store and goods-in transit. Trade receivable stood at second position next to inventory in holding large money of the company. Among the debtors items trade debtors took the largest share in all the financial years under considered. From this we can also infer that the volume of business transaction of the company has been increasing year from year.
