ENA CONSULTING ARCHITECT & ENGINERS which is (CONSULTANT ON CONSTRUCTION WORK) in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Construction and established with the purpose to create customer-oriented business that takes the present market in this area into consideration.
The formation of the company was made prevalent during 2013 (E.C) taking into account the conductive markets, investment policies and the incentive packages, which encouraged the company to commute resources thereby contributing a part to the overall economic development of the country. During its few year of operation our firm has successful accomplished consulting and designing number of projects in the construction industry by investing considerable finance for procuring its management and a number of equipment. In this year the company has provide itself to be fit and well organized in handling a number of construction activities by handing them over to their clients at the required time and overcoming the challenges incurred by the natural and manmade climates.
The company has already formed an organized staff of skilled and semi-skilled man power consisting of engineers, administrative staffs and required semi-skilled man power with experiences in construction works in order to implement its long time vision of under taking consulting and designing works. With its present organization structure, the company has availed reasonably new equipment and well trained professionals.
The management of the company is led by General Manger and Deputy Manager with long years of experience in the consulting and designing field. The General manager is assisted by the technical and administration units of the company, who administrate the-day to-day activity of the engineering and administration sectors of the firm respectively, with consultation the General Manager.
The General Manager is the executive body of the firm responsible for decision making, policy issuing and coordination of the two units accountable.
The technical unit under takes all the engineering works follows up the control of each individual project that is under taken by the company, administrated by a technical manager, who is also a Construction Professional with long years of experience in the sector. In order to achieve this, the company is well equipped and organized with the proper required man power and office facilities.
The project managers are further assisted by experienced foreman and administers, who are assigned on site to administer the day-to-day activities of the project. The project manager will be responsible for the monitoring of the day-to-day construction activities of the project by organizing the labor, material and equipment and evaluation of performances as well.
He directs the foreman with the objectives of assuring quality product in timely accomplishment of each unit of work accordingly with the present schedule.
