The company has established by two friends who are graduated from police university college of Sendafa city to realize the gap in the sector and the growing corporate companies demand towards professional security and cleaning services.

8.1 .1 training

Before deployment our security guards should pass through the following induction course:

1. security code of conduct

2. duty and responsibility of security guards

3. body and vehicle searching procedure

4. methods of observing and patrolling the compounds

5. daily ,weekly, monthly, and incident reporting system(orally and written)

6. handling security equipment

7. customer5 handling and communication

8. fire prevention and first aid

9. introduction to prevent criminals( related with company activity)

10. physical fitness and drill exercise

b. on job training

After Deployment We Provide Refreshing Course ( On Job Training)The Area Of The Training Will Be Identified Through Continual Skill Gap Assessment During Supervision.

c. guard assignment to the job:-

guards will be deployed in three or two shifts, if one guard absent from his duty to different reason, it is our company responsibility to replace with qualified personnel immediately.

d. reporting system

the security guards who will be assigned on the site should provide.

• Daily report orally through telephone and written by daily report format log book
• Weekly and monthly written report about the overall security situation to the company operation head and to the client representative
• If any incident happens the security guard will report immediately to the supervisor and make sure the premises are safe. the supervisors will report this incident promptly to company operation and client representative.

e. supervision

our company will have regular and sudden supervision system in order to strengthen and alert the security situation of our client premises. the supervision every day will be performed by site and shift leaders and the sudden supervision will be carried on by duty officers.

1. The supervision will be conducted twice a day
2. Holiday .weekend and night time supervision is conduct by duty officers

9. Recruitment criteria’s

The following are the main criteria during selection and hiring of security team

1. military candidate should be experienced with military background .farmer military officers, commanders and ordinary military employee who were worked in ministry of national defense, national security and police force.
2. Civilian should work in different public and governmental security agency and who has a good performance record.
3. Age from 18 plus and bring a document that indicate age of the person
4. Experienced employs bring clearance latter, performance indication letter and other supportive documents.
5. All candidates must bring letter from forensic
6. Letter from the local resident kebele that indicate address of the employee
7. Renewed kebele ID
8. Each candidate must bring a guarantor letter from relative working company office.
9. Candidate should be Ethiopian nationality
10. Candidate should be free from bad habit
