Champion Trading and Properties PLC is a company based in Ethiopia which is engaged in real estate development, marketing and sales agency and consultancy services, asset valuation, property management, investment and business consultancy, travel agency and tour operation, and import and export business. 

It  was founded in 2017 with the vision of marking a significant impact on the practice of professional and ethical standards in the real estate industry. Its sister company, Munwin Construction, is also engaged in construction of general contractor grade 2. 

Champion Properties is one of the rising real estate developers, real estate marketing agencies, and property management companies in Addis Ababa and its surroundings. Champion Properties has successfully consulted and sold many apartments and mixed-use projects for our clients (developers) in different parts of the city.

What does a joint development agreement contains
