Diamond Grinding Mill Plc. (DGM) was founded in 2013 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to manufacture, distribute, and retail different products and goods to the market through the following five sectors it has established as subsidiary business sectors.

1. Retail Trade of Vehicles
2. Manufacturing of Stone Products
3. Manufacturing of Iron, Steel, and Metallic Mineral Products, and
4. Manufacturing of Tyre and Plastic Products.

Diamond Grinding Mill Plc. (with its subsidiary sectors) is licensed as a legal commercial/business company by the Addis Ababa City Trade Bureau ( https://etrade.gov.et/) and registered as a legal supplier of products and goods by the FDRE Public Procurement and Property Authority (http://www.ppa.gov.et/).

As one of the Subsidiary Business Sectors of Diamond Grinding Mill Plc, Diamond Retail Trade of Vehicles focuses on the distribution and retail market of eco-friendly, fuel-efficient, and economically competitive Motorcycles, Three-Wheelers, Quadricycles (Mini Vehicles), and Spare Parts.

Under the parent company Diamond Grinding Mill Plc., the subsidiary business sector “Diamond Retail Trade of Vehicles distributes and retails the following eco-friendly products that combine international standards of quality with affordable prices.

1. Motorcycles

Our Company has entered an agreement of dealership with East Motorcycle Manufacturing Plc to distribute/sell Kenago Motorcycles in Ethiopia. (Refer to the dealership agreement and product catalogs in the annexes)

2. Three-Wheelers

Our Company has entered an agreement of dealership with East Motorcycle Manufacturing Plc to distribute/sell Kenago Three-Wheelers in Ethiopia. (Refer to the dealership agreement and product catalogs in the annexes)

3. Quadricycles (Mini Vehicles)

Our company planned to establish a partnership with a reputable manufacturer to supply Quadricycles in Ethiopia in the early months of 2025.

4. Genuine Spare Parts

Our company distributes and retails different types of genuine spare parts for Kenago Three-Wheelers, Kenago Motorcycles, and Bajaj ThreeWheelers.

5. Tyers and Inner Tubes

Our company distributes and retails different tyers and inner tubes for Kenago Three-Wheelers, Kenago Motorcycles, and Bajaj ThreeWheelers.

Qualified Personnel: our employees possess the necessary qualifications and skills required for their respective roles.

The employees include a Manager, Sales and Marketing Associate, Service Technicians, Finance and Administration Assistant, etc.
