SANKOFA Research and Consulting Plc was officially registered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and Nairobi, Kenya with the aim of undertaking research and capacity-building consultancies as a business for profit.
Our company represents multi-disciplinary, wide-minded, and experienced professionals working in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment that embraces commitment, creativity, diversity, and teamwork for mutual growth, progress, and success.

Our Office: Our Head Office is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is adequate space for our routine work, meetings, and training facilitation.
Our office is well-equipped with modern communication systems including strong Wifi, telephone and fax services, electric supply backup and other supplies.
We have adequate computers installed with relevant software, heavy-duty printing and copying machines, projectors, tablets, recorders, and other essentials that support our activities.
Our Community of Consultants: We have over 100 in-house and external multidisciplinary and senior consultants who are ready to work at short notice.

Our Field Team: We have a pool of more than 2000 trained data collection teams including team leaders, supervisors, qualitative research assistants, and enumerators with adequate gender balance and professional diversity across Ethiopia.
All of the field team members have hands-on data collection experiences and knowledge of the local culture and language of different parts of Ethiopia.
Our Networks and Collaborations: We have formal and informal collaborations with diverse public, private, and non-profit entities in Ethiopia and abroad.
