Kilimanjaro Global is a full-service social-enterprise-based firm engaged in consulting, training, and innovation operating in Ethiopia and affiliates with other regional organizations in Eastern Africa and beyond.

First, Kilimanjaro Consulting was established in 2010 and is a member of the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association (AACCSA).

Its focus areas include Business Development, Strategic Plan development and formulation, Supply Chain Analysis, Business opportunity and investment analysis, Feasibility Studies, Business and Project Management, Marketing, and Communication, Capacity building and training; Knowledge management and designing communication support strategies in the areas of Economy, Agriculture, ICT, Public Health, Health (including HIV and AIDS, ASRHR, MNCH and PMTCT), Nutrition, Food security, Gender equality and mainstreaming (women economic empowerment), monitoring and evaluation, conducting studies and assessments (organizational capacity assessments, baseline studies, mid-term and end-line project evaluation and impact assessments) with data analytics, short-term training.

Kilimanjaro was registered as a private limited company in September 2021 with its consulting and business program expansion at its own five-story building, which is located behind Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.

Based on more than ten years of Kilimanjaro Consulting research and training services experiences in the national and regional markets, it operates to contribute to enhanced institutional and individual capacities, enhancing strategic envisioning and formulating strategic plans of organizations through research-based evidence, entrepreneurial innovation, collaboration, and partnership for development.
