• Skim coat Plaster (Gray Putty)

 Gray putty is a pre-mix, fine sand cement mortar for internal and external use. It can be used as a thin coat finishing plaster or for localized repair work onto Portland cement-based backgrounds such as concrete or rendered surfaces.

Harmony Polymer Emulsion Coat is a ready-to-use liquid-based surfactant stabilized, fine particle-sized, high-quality alkali-resistant Cross linked Acrylic Co-polymer Emulsion. It gives a smooth, malt finish with excellent wash ability and good hiding properly; it also offers exceptional light and weather resistance. It contains additives to inhibit the growth of fungi and bacteria. It provides a decorative smooth finish over exterior & interior backgrounds such as concrete, plaster, decorative plaster, masonry, brickwork, gypsum, asbestos, and wood.

Shelf Life:-  Shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing if stored in original sealed containers in dry conditions. Shelf life may be reduced if stored at high temperatures.

Application Surface:-

• • • • The surface should be, clean, dry, and free from oil or grease.

Application

Material has to be thoroughly stirred prior to the application. Using a brush or roller. Lay the material onto the surface to achieve the required film thickness per coat. Avoid brushing out. The surface should be uniformly coated and free from voids, blisters, or pin holes. Before recoating, the previous coat must have been adequately cured. All dirt, dust, or contaminants should be removed before applying the subsequent coat.

Film thickness can be checked with a wet film gauge.

Harmony mica paint is water-based washable latex paint that gives protection and beauty that will last for several years. Excellent for high-traffic areas such as stairways and corridors that are prone to get dirty quickly.

Harmony mica paint will always look good as new once washed serving as a very economical solution for the maintenance of your building. Available in glossy or matte finishes.

Mesh

Mesh is used to prevent cracks in walls and plaster. In order to attach plaster masking mesh to the wall, you need to apply putty composition and wait for it to freeze. Then place it on top of the mesh fabric, using a trowel to push the mesh. Wait until the putty is dry before applying the external plaster layer.
