BitApps Technology is a technology company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Software technology design, software adaptation, software product development, and digital marketing are among BitApps Technologies' primary services. We provide a variety of services, including website development, software design, mobile application development, graphic design, and digital media marketing.

Bitapps was founded to advance Ethiopia's technological development. Both of the founders spent a significant number of years in the tech industry.

Fraol Kumera, a founder with an MS in Computer Science, worked for three other Addis Ababa-based companies before opting to create his own business. Despite having many positive and wonderful interactions, he was dissatisfied with the workflow and the caliber of the output he was producing.

He was certain that he could create and execute effective apps specifically targeted at the demands of the Ethiopian business community and put the information he had gained from his master's degree to greater use.

He thus decided to leave his managerial/software lead role and launch his tech firm with his partner Yishak Negatu in late 2021.

While Fraol was on the said path, his partner, Yishak, relocated from the US to Ethiopia with the same aspirations for a brighter technical future for the nation where he was born. With the knowledge and expertise he gained in the western market, he decided to migrate to Addis to launch a start-up. He worked for a mid-sized US government contractor company for nearly 5 years, handling sensitive citizen and governmental data.

His industry expertise and Fraol's shared goal served as the ideal foundation for initiating and facilitating BitApps' growth to where it is now.

In the beginning, BitApps was just a two-man start-up working on simple customer-requested applications from Yishak's residence; thereafter, he relocated to a modest 20-square-meter office to expand. The founders of the company are currently employed there along with other outstanding software engineers that share the same goal, as well as designers, accountants, digital marketers, and other staff members. Everyone at the company is committed to offering the greatest products possible to clients and the general public, and thanks to fantastic client feedback, BitApps' future is looking brighter than ever!
