HVAC & Refrigeration is an Ethiopian company engaged in the field of electromechanical services. The company was founded in 2012.  Fifty permanent employees are working for the company.

Ever since its inception, the company has evolved to become one of the major companies in the country’s electromechanical sector. Rich in expertise and in-depth understanding of electrical and refrigeration technologies, standards, and protocols it is soon become the number one choice for big companies handling their needs that outsourced the technical part of their businesses.

We provide contract-based corrective and preventive maintenance services to a wide range of customers through very experienced professionals in the business.

With an increase in demand for maintenance services, the company has expanded its presence in all major towns and areas of the country. Today we are in a position where we can address maintenance requests, anywhere in the country, in a very short time without the customer-facing longer disruptions of work.

CAPACITY & EXPERIENCE

• We have the experience, the expertise and the skills to successfully handle the projects we undertake.
• We have a sufficient number of trained mechanics so that calls of any emergency nature can be answered promptly with the mechanic arriving at the job site no later than twenty-four hours after the call was received.
• We use mechanics skilled in the services of fridge & air conditioning systems. They are technicians with a high level of competence.
• We make ourselves available for customers 7 days of the week including weekends and holidays.
• We assign only the most competent people to do the work. Whenever the customer, in their opinion, feels that any assigned person working is incompetent, unfaithful, disorderly, or otherwise unsatisfactory, such person shall be replaced immediately.

FACILITY

• We have a workshop that is well equipped and very organized to handle all types of maintenance works whenever off-site attention arises.
• We have a showroom for air conditioners and refrigeration spares

MANPOWER

• The team performing the task will comprise Generators, AC’s, walk-in refrigerators, Refrigeration, and electrical experts.
• HVAC has a well-organized team that constitutes all the required staff to effectively and successfully handle the job.
• All staff have GAP Insurance coverage.

• Six service cars are owned as tools for tech
• Two workshops and offices in Addis Ababa
• Two workshops and stores in the eastern and western regions
• We are everywhere in big cities as shown in the attached organizational structure

APPROACH TO THE WORK

Corrective Maintenance

• Corrective maintenance will be carried out whenever problems are reports of equipment breakdowns. Parts will be changed based on the pre-approval of the concerned body from the client’s side (if not included in the agreement.)

Preventive Maintenance

• Basic maintenance operations (settings, consumable replacements, lubrication, etc.) particularly consist of tasks carried on Line-Replaceable Units (LRU) whose failures or degradations are easy to detect, and whose replacement operations are easy and do not require any dismantling. These interventions gather Maintenance, including tests, measurements, adjustments, and parts replacement, performed specifically to prevent faults from occurring.
• Setting and replacement of worn or outdated parts, on simple and accessible components, lubrication, Common locksmith operations to prevent unexpected equipment failures.
