African Based Consultants for Development [ABCD] PLC is a Management Consultancy and Training company in Ethiopia rendering a one-stop business support service to different sectors. The service was initially rendered as Sole Proprietorship since August 2009; as one part of business development it turned to Private Limited Company effective from July 2011.
The founder and Managing Director of ABCD PLC, Ato Hailu Alemu has a 22 years all rounded practical business leadership exposure in one of the leading American Multinational fuel company–ExxonMobil (13yrs) NGO-CCRDA1 (1yr) Government Organization (5yrs) and 3 years Private Sector experience. His very wide practical experience endowed him with all rounded knowledge and to succeed in Management Consultancy.
Ato Hailu has B.A. degree and Masters of Business Administration – MBA (due to complete in September 2013). He is also final level ACCA student. As Management Consultant, he is Certified Management Consultant of Ethiopian Management Institute and trainer of International Trade Centre [ITC].
