All products under warranty period are properly registered and guaranteed for all factory defects or the time specified on our sales agreement. Free service and technical support would be given throughout the warranty period. Service contract after the warranty period can be signed with DCL to ensure machines continue to function properly for a long period of time.
DCL has a well established technical support section which gives after sales service support in Ethiopia. The technical section is located at Bole sub-city in Addis and is fully capable of providing full technical support.
