1. Lalibela to Abune Yosef: Highland Adventure through the Holylands;

Combining a visit to the historic Lalibela rock-hewn churches with trekking in the highlands is the perfect way to experience Ethiopia’s rich history as well as its natural beauty.

2. Mekdela: Walking in the Steps of the Barefoot Emperor

The overnight trekking experience to Mekdela gives tourists the opportunity to step over a century back in time to relive one of Ethiopia’s most incredible chapters of history.

3. Northern Historic Route: Journey through the heart of Ethiopia’s Past

The Historic Route overland tour takes visitors from the current capital of Addis Ababa to the former capitals of the Gonderite and Axumite empires, as well as to the sacred city of Lalibela and the rock churches of Tigray.
