Naoh Real Estate disclosed it will inaugurate Best Western Hotel in 6 weeks time. The hotel was built after Great Abyssinia PLC, Mother Company of Noah, signed agreements with Best Western International Inn back in 2014 for the construction of 2 hotels in Ethiopia.

According to the agreements hotels dubbed Western Plus Abyssinia hotel and Best Western Noah Hotel will be opened for the public in 2015 and 2016. The agreements further explain Abyssinia and Best Western agreed the latter will operate the hotels.

Managerial figures at Noah, Abiy Hailemariam and Rateneh Fasil, explained Best Western Noah Hotel houses 122 rooms and admitted that the inauguration is way behind schedule. Rateneh said the reason was that there has been some back and forth between brand operators to approve designs and interior decoration.

Apart from its hotel business, Noah has been working to develop villas, apartments and commercial buildings. Currently the real estate company has delivered Abyssinia Plaza and Meklit Plaza apartments together with 15 residential villas.

According to Abiy, Noah plans to build 2,000 houses in the following 2 years – which is 166 units per month. Other than this, Noah is also finalizing 226 centrum apartments and 16 apartments in the near future around Atlas Hotel and CMC, Addis Ababa.
