The House of People’s Representatives (HPR) of Ethiopia has approved on December 29, 2015, the revised Overseas Employment Draft Proclamation, Ethiopian News Agency reported.

HPR ratified the Draft Proclamation following a discussion with stakeholders drawn from social, law, justice and administration foreign affairs standing committees.

Shitaye Minela, Deputy Speaker of the HPR, said the proclamation is expected to be a solution to the challenges noticed in the former proclamation.
