The Ethiopian Quality Awards Organization (EQAO) has awarded three companies engaged in export trade for their quality products and services, according to Ethiopian Herald.

Admassu Tsegaye, EQAO Board Chairperson and Addis Ababa University President said out of 16 competent organizations, the committee chose three for the award.

Sino Ethiopia Associate (Africa) PLC received the prestigious excellence award while Luna Export Kera PLC and Bekas Chemical PLC received the award for highest merit.

EQAO was established in January 2008, in cooperation with Walta Information Center and Addis Ababa University to boost the capacity of producers and promote awareness on quality of industries.
