Ethiopia’s Federal Cooperative Agency is talking preparations to host the second national cooperatives exhibition on Wednesday, March 4, 2015.

The event is going to have a one day panel discussion and a five days exhibition. The panel discussion is going to be held at the United Nation’s Economic Commission for Africa while the five days event is going to be hosted at Addis Ababa Exhibition Center & Market Development Enterprise.

More than a decade ago in 2003 the Agency organized an international cooperative day in Hawassa under the theme of ‘Cooperative Enterprises Remain Strong in Times of Crisis.’ The exhibition was attended by more than 1,000 participants from both federal and state institutions.

The event is expected to be attended by Prime Minister Hailemariam Dessalegn and other higher state and federal government officials.
