Hassenias Real Estate is set to deliver 40 houses to its customers in the coming few months. In addition to this, the firm is planning to start its second phase of construction on a total area of 80,000 square meters at an outlay of 1.2 Billion Birr.

The 40 houses to be delivered to their owners are constructed around Alemgenna Town. The G+1 as well as the villas took three years to construct. They lay on an area of 215 to 240 square meters.

According to Capital, upon completion of the site, there will have a 10,000 square meters green area, gymnasium and swimming pool, children playing area, elementary school and sporting facilities.

Hassenias Real Estate is owned and run by 16 family members. The firm’s Marketing Manager, Mohammed Hassen, noted; “We are the pioneers to construct houses in this area and we are very proud in contributing to the development of the area”. “We are working hard to deliver the next 50 houses which are expected to be completed within the coming two years,” he added.

According to the Marketing Manager, prices of the houses target middle and higher income people.

In early times, the real estate’s customers were members of the Diaspora group. But now people from Ethiopia have the courage to buy the houses.
