Domestic bidders are required to submit these along with the bid documents:
- Certificate confirming that they are registered in the suppliers list (issued by the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development) - usually called the 'yellow paper';
- A Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the tax authority and appropriate renewed business license;
- Value Added Tax Registration Certificate;
And sometimes foreign bidders are required to submit as appropriate:
