•Upper Awash Agro Industry Enterprise (UAAIE) invites interested and eligible parts to bid for the supply of 400,000 Pes of GLASS JARS as per the specifications attached in the tender document.
•. Interested and eligible bidders who have registered for Value Added
,Tax (VAT) and renewed their trade license for the year 2002 E.C.
may obtain the bidding documents from UAAIE's co-ordination
office Debre Zeit Road, Akaki Kaliti Kifle Ketema Kebele 12/13
(Near Saris Abo Mazoriya) during office hours upon payment of
non-refundable Birr 100 (Birr Hundred).
•Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security in an amount Equivalent to 2% of the aggregate price. The bid bond must be payable to Upper Awash Agro Industry Enterprise it,l CPO or Bank Guarantee.
•The tender remains floating up to October 9,2010.
• Bidders should submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope to UAAIE co-ordination office before or on October 9,2010 up to 9:30 am.
•Bids received in time and fulfilling the required formalities will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at 10:00 am on October 9, 2010 at UAAIE's Co-ordination office in
Addis Ababa.
UAAIE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
