Flora Agricultural Estate PLC in Ethiopia is established in 1998 with the aim of landscape design, construction and garden works, has carried out various projects across the breadth and length of Ethiopia. It owns and manages Tropical Gardens (a luxury recreation center and nursery which is located at Bole Road with a land holding of 30,000 m2). To mention the period over the past eleven years the company has designed and constructed a large number of landscape sites in the capital Addis Ababa as well as the country.

Currently the company has employed over 25 Qualified Permanent Gardeners and over 200 Temporary workers.

• landscape and garden works for the East Side Residential Housing Project for the Government Rental housing Agency(CMC) 4.5 hectares.

Our Tropical Garden is also known by hosting a jazz festival (Acacia Annual Jazz Festival), family day, concerts, fashion shows, carnivals and the semi-annual Artisans’ Bazaar. The facilities are available for photography sessions and events, including catering.
