Bid announcement: Procurement of Electric and Internet Installation Equipment

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ‘’GIZ Office Addis Ababa’’ would like to invite all interested & eligible local suppliers to submit your warranty, technical specification, and financial offer for multiple Electric and Internet installation equipment.  For a detailed list, please see the documents in the zip folder.

Deadline for submission: 17.08.2022 (4:00 PM in the Afternoon)

Any eligible local supplier interested in accepting the GIZ-Office proposal for supplying the items is welcome to submit technical specifications, financial offers, and warranty to the GIZ Office located next to Jupiter Hotel at Bloom Tower on the 9^th Floor. The submissions must be in an envelope and clearly labelled with the reference number 91164619. For the detailed specifications please refer to the documents in the zip folder.

Special conditions:

• Supplier must attach a valid TIN, VAT & renewed business current license.
• Supplier must have a legal invoice.
• Supplier must clearly indicate whether the price offer is before or after 15% VAT
• Technical specification is a detailed description of the material. Legal Documents/ business licenses will not be considered as technical Specifications.
• Your offer might be rejected or disqualified if the technical specification and financial offer are not submitted separately, if the reference number is not indicated on the envelope and if legal documents/licenses are submitted as a technical specification.
•   The offer must be submitted in the language of the tender documents
•  For financial offers, use our price sheet form.
•   Financial offer currency must be in ETB (Ethiopian Birr).
• Supplier can make an offer for one LOT or all LOTs. Awarding is according to the LOT cluster, but more than one LOT may be awarded. In case of more than one item are under one LOT, the supplier must offer for all items in the LOT.
•  The validity date of your offer must be 60 days
•  The place of delivery is at GIZ Office Addis Ababa, Kasanchis Behind Intercontinental Hotel, and the time of delivery must be within 15 days after the official order is given.
•   Payment will be settled after delivery and presentation of a valid invoice.
