1. Topic: Services – To establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA 24 months + 12 months) for providing Vehicle Rental Service within Somali Region. 

2. Background: 

UNICEF Ethiopia is seeking for the services of Qualified Company which could provide vehicle rental service within Somali Region as follows:

                   Lot-1. Gode: to cover Gode, Afder and Liban zones (with starting point as Gode)

                   Lot-2. Kebridahar: to cover Korahe and Warder zones (with starting point as Kebridahar)

                   Lot-3. Jijiga: to cover Jijiga, Shinile, Dagahabur, Fik and Gode (with starting point at Jijiga).                       

3. Objective:

The objective of the service is to establish a Long Term Arrangement with a qualified company to provide the services in the above mentioned field.

4. Experience and qualification: 

The Company should be licensed for such works and registered with concerned authorities and should have at least 5 – 10 years of experience.
