Topic- UNICEF (Ethiopia) wishes to request eligible bidders to participate in a Request for Proposal – to analyse Long Lasting Impacts of El Nino on Poorest Households and Well-being of Children in Ethiopia focusing on regions and districts affected by the recent drought including Afar, Oromia, Somali, SNNPR and Tigray.

Details of the requirements for this bid and eligibility criteria etc can be found in the RFP.

RFP can be received starting on Friday 23-Dec-2016.  The due date for submission of proposals to UNICEF Ethiopia Office, Addis Ababa is on or before 10:00 am (East African Time) 20th Jan 2017 (Friday).  Please read the RFP and the annexes for detailed requirements and due dates.

Please quote the RFP nr. 9129478 in all your correspondences. Due to the nature of the bid, there will be no bid public opening for this offer. UNICEF reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of any or all bids.
