The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia hereby seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced vendors to purchase Pass and ID supplies with the following specification.

1. Card: Blank ID with specification Ultra-Card Premium Without mag CR-80 cards (HID)

2. Card: Blank ID Type II with the following specification:

•  UN Global Access Card, Contactless Mifare
• Classic Integrated Circuit (IC) in card, 1K Bytes of Memory in IC,
• Custom UN Mifare Programming in IC,
• Card Programing Marking is Matching, Front of card is Plain White with Gloss Finish, back of card isGloss Finish with Pre-Printing Custom Art Work (Custom Art code = XXXX for a 0/1 card pre-printed card,but if XXXX = BLANK, then no pre-printing),
• Photo Imageable card, Material of card is composite (60% PVC and 40% Polyester),
• No Slot Punch, Shrink Wrapped in 50s.
• Card does not include a UN Hologram,
• Card does not include UN UV printing.

3. Holder: Badge Clip with specification standard ID clip crocodile type

UNECA is precluded from entering into a contract with vendor that is not fully registered with United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) and not obtained UN Global Market Place (UNGM) Vendor ID No. Thus, only those vendors who are registered or provisionally registered or have started their registration process in UNGM will be eligible to receive the solicitation document-ITB. (Use the following site to be registered at UNGM website: https://www.ungm.org)

Vendors who express their interest will be invited to participate in a tender through " Invitation to Bid " (ITB). Vendors interested in participating in the planned solicitation process should complete/submit the Vendor Response Form of this EOI either electronically through https://www.un.org/Depts/ ptd/nod/add/interest-expressed?EOI=EOIUNECA14929 or send it via fax or e-mail to United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) on or before 19 April 2017.
