Project Organization and Staffing
The company Project Management Office is established in the principle of optimizing construction scheme, strengthening quality management, reasonably reducing project cost, shortening duration and ensuring construction and safety to take care of integrated organization and management of purchase and construction.Specific requirements will be put forward for establishment of construction organizations and construction technology management organization as well as construction schedule planning, control, environmental protection and fire safety, to comply with management requirements for the construction site.

Projects are managed with proper construction technologies based on features and special requirements of the Project, in combination with the Company's experience in successfully managing similar general contracting project. We believe in providing the right training accredited certification and practical knowledge for our staffs in order for them to execute their duties and responsibilities confidentially. In view of this, a comprehensive training program is implemented to constantly upgrade our people in technical and management skills.
