Himed Sales Pharmaceuticals made its entry into the Ethiopian market in 2005 as an Ethiopian importer, distributor and marketer of various pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, chemicals, laboratory equipments and school scientific demonstration materials.

Over the course of six years, the company has grown to greater strengths to help fulfill the demands of the health sector. Himed Sales Pharmaceuticals has always strictly adhered to strict quality standards when importing pharmaceutical and medical instruments to the Ethiopian market. Himed is a registered distributor of drugs and medical equipment with a competency license (license number 4-444/1217) from the Food, Medicine and Drug control Authority of Ethiopia (now Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority).

Our company is also registered with revenue authority with tax payer's identification number 0004840399.

Inspection

The company is inspected yearly in the presence of appointed inspectors from IFDCAAI.
